- You contribute your technical expertise to international customer projects, providing valuable support in product and process-related matters as well as in special technical applications for sales - Based on individual customer specifications, you design tailored system configurations and prepare quotations in line with existing pricing structures and sales modules - With compelling product descriptions and presentations, you engage customers both on-site and remotely, including the execution of professional demos - Your input helps shape sales strategies for specialized technical solutions, and you take responsibility for drafting requirement specifications for customer-specific developments - Maintaining accurate and up-to-date pricing and COGS lists in the SAP system is part of your daily routine, ensuring a reliable data foundation for quotations and calculations - When needed, you take charge of technical special projects and are willing to travel internationally to support customers and internal teams directly on location - By assisting with coordination and communication with our Korean and global suppliers, both on-site and online, you will help us achieve our high-quality standards and strategic goals
