Anforderungen
Muss:
- Successfully completed studies in the IT field (computer science, IT management, business informatics or similar) or equivalent training
- Several years of experience in requirements engineering and conducting requirement workshops
- Practical experience in handling Atlassian products and basic technical knowledge
- Basic knowledge in Java, JavaScript, CSS, and web technologies (HTTP REST, XML, API) is advantageous
- Strong communication skills, enjoyment of working in a team, and interacting with users
- Independent, solution-oriented, and structured way of working
- Excellent German and English language skills in both speaking and writing
Verantwortlichkeiten
- Preparation and leading of requirement workshops for in-house software projects
- Capturing and analyzing requirements for modeling and implementing new solution approaches
- Formulating requirement packages in collaboration with the UI/UX team and lead developers
- Supporting the development of project-related decision templates
- Process-oriented optimization and further development of requirement analyses, as well as accompanying and monitoring quality management
- Point of contact for all technical and functional requirements, and the support and configuration of our Atlassian product range (Jira and Confluence)
- Ensuring the operation of our Atlassian product range in coordination with external service providers
