Tech Consultant (Cloud Governance) (m/f/d) - Verl

I am looking for a Tech Consultant Cloud Governance (tenant) (m/f/d) who has practical experience in cloud governance for Microsoft 365/Azure environments. You should have a strong grasp of IAM and least-privilege design (including Entra ID, Conditional Access, PIM/PAM), and be hands-on with Azure Policy, Defender for Cloud, and control implementation/evidence. Proficiency in PowerShell, Azure CLI, KQL, and Git-based workflows is essential, along with familiarity with work tracking and delivery tooling (Azure DevOps or Jira). I expect you to define measurable KPIs and interpret compliance/telemetry signals effectively. Clear, concise technical writing and documentation skills are necessary, as well as stakeholder management and facilitation across Security, Compliance, and Engineering teams. You should demonstrate structured problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a strong decision-record discipline. A growth mindset, pragmatism, and comfort operating in evolving governance contexts are essential. You should also be highly motivated to learn and grow within the field, responsible, patient, and able to undertake routine tasks accurately. Being open-minded and comfortable working within a multicultural team environment is required, along with the ability to embrace change and innovation, contributing to a dynamic work environment. Finally, the ability to travel internationally is expected.
