Power BI Platform Engineer (m/f/d)

As a Power BI Platform Engineer, you will be responsible for the stable operation and continuous improvement of our enterprise-wide Power BI platform. Your role will ensure that the platform is ready for analysts to build impactful reports and apps, providing business users with a secure, high-performance, and governed environment. You will work at the intersection of Data Engineering, Analytics, Infrastructure, and Business Teams to deliver Power BI as a trusted self-service and reporting platform across the company. Your tasks will include operating, managing, and optimizing the Power BI platform; providing 2nd-level support for Power BI and related components (e.g., Microsoft Fabric, Power Platform); implementing platform governance; acting as the technical liaison between infrastructure, business stakeholders, and external service providers; supporting BI analysts in publishing reports, certified datasets, and apps; operating and monitoring data pipelines; maintaining reusable artifacts; contributing to the rollout of new capabilities; and advising internal stakeholders on best practices for Power BI usage and adoption.
