Muss:
- Several years of professional experience in an agile working environment
- Very strong communication skills
- Strong moderation and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to motivate people to collaborate across teams and departments
- High willingness to self-reflect and take responsibility
- Sound experience as a Scrum Master and/or Agile Coach in medium to high complexity environments
- Good knowledge of software development processes
- Ability to structure complex issues and bring them to fruition in a goal-oriented manner
Verantwortlichkeiten
- Support our Scrum teams in achieving their goals by creating a supportive, agile working environment
- Support the teams with strong methodological skills and continuously develop working methods
- Moderate Scrum events and be responsible for the continuous improvement process
- Enable teams to implement cross-team and complex projects in a targeted manner
- Strengthen and live the agile mindset in the teams
- Work closely with the Scrum Masters of the other software products and actively shape the scaled agile environment
