ETL & BI Developer (m/w/d)

- 3+ years of professional experience in ETL development (SSIS, stored procedures, scripting, etc.) - Strong SQL skills and experience working with SQL Server as a primary data source - Hands-on experience working with large, multi-source transactional systems - Familiarity with one or more BI/reporting tools (Qlik Sense preferred, Power BI) - Understanding of data modeling and dimensional design principles - Fluent English skills are necessary, German language skills are a plus - Desirable but not essential: exposure to Azure Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, or Databricks - Desirable but not essential: ability to write Python scripts or use automation tools - Desirable but not essential: familiarity with data governance, security, and compliance (GDPR, access control, etc.) - Desirable but not essential: experience working across business domains such as Sales and revenue, Finance and general ledger, Commissions and payouts, Procurement and inventory, Logistics and fulfillment, Customer and partner data
