Muss:
- Strong professional experience in Python software development
- Proven experience building AI-driven or agentic systems
- Deep understanding of LLMs and their integration into production environments
- Experience working with cloud infrastructure, ideally AWS
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on clean, scalable architecture
- Comfort working in remote, distributed teams
- Curiosity and motivation to stay ahead in the evolving AI landscape
Verantwortlichkeiten
- Design and implement agent-based AI systems for complex, real-world workflows
- Develop scalable backend services in Python
- Build and refine orchestration pipelines using LangGraph or similar agent frameworks
- Integrate and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) with structured data and external APIs
- Work with leading foundation model providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, and AWS Bedrock
- Deploy and scale AI systems using AWS infrastructure
- Ensure performance, reliability, and maintainability of AI components
- Collaborate closely with distributed engineering and product teams
- Continuously improve AI workflows through evaluation, optimisation, and iteration
