- Review and proofread a wide range of content, which will focus on website deliverables, but could also include marketing materials, reports, presentations, and other digital assets. - Identify and correct errors in grammar, punctuation, spelling, and syntax. - Ensure consistency in tone, terminology, and style across all documents. - Verify that content adheres to brand guidelines, editorial style guides, and compliance requirements. - Check formatting, layout, and overall presentation for clarity, readability, and professionalism. - Collaborate with writers, designers, web assemblers, and content delivery managers, project managers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality content. - Categorize and log errors by type (e.g., cosmetic, grammatical, editorial) to support quality tracking and process improvement. - Maintain version control and track changes using appropriate tools and software. - Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
