Project Lead (m/f/d) International Defence Programs - Bremen

- Oversee the projects overall performance across all involved entities - Govern the main contractor NVL Egypt and subcontractor NVL doo to ensure successful project execution - Engage with diverse cultures and lead teams across various levels - Handle procurement, supply chain management, export/import operations, and shipbuilding at an Egyptian shipyard - Ensure the PV43-M project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards - Maintain effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders - Monitor the progress of the project, manage the budget and schedule, and develop regular progress reports - Identify risks and implement necessary corrective actions - Provide strategic steer and support to NVL Egypt and NVL doo during on-site project execution - Facilitate open and effective communication within the NVL Group and with subcontractors - Seek opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency - Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project performance - Collaborate with the Director Programs of the NVL to align project activities with strategic goals
