SAP Specialist M/F/X - Project Systems

- Configure and maintain WBS structures, networks, activities, and milestones in SAP PS - Define RA (Results Analysis) keys for revenue recognition based on POC (Percentage of Completion) and cost-based accounting - Configure Project Cost Planning, Budgeting, Availability Control, and Settlement functionalities - Ensure seamless integration between SAP PS and FI/CO, P2P (Procurement), Plant Maintenance (PM), SD (Sales & Distribution), and EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) - Implement RA Key and Settlement Rules for accurate revenue recognition - Configure milestone-based billing, revenue postings, and accrual calculations - Ensure planned vs. actual cost tracking for project execution - Define Settlement Rules (Cost Center, WBS, AUC, Final Asset, and Internal Orders) - Configure Planned Cost Budgeting and Actual Cost Monitoring to control project financials - Ensure automatic budget allocations, tolerance limits, and cost element validations - Work with Finance teams to align SAP PS with IFRS-compliant project accounting standards - Optimize CDS Views, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and Fiori-based PS reporting - Improve project dashboards for budget consumption, forecasted cost, revenue tracking, and risk assessment - Enhance data validation and master data governance for PS objects - Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, and Business Operations to streamline project execution - Drive process improvements in RA key setup, cost control, and project forecasting - Ensure adherence to group-wide SAP governance and best practices
