Anforderungen
Muss:
- A minimum of 3+ years experience in tax, whether in consulting, advisory, or an in-house environment.
- A bachelors or masters degree in Tax, Accounting, Finance, Law, or an equivalent discipline.
- A solid foundation across core tax areas, or a genuine ambition to develop into a well-rounded tax professional across multiple domains.
- Experience with Workday as an ERP system is a plus but not essential.
- Professional-level English is required. Spanish is a strong asset, and French or Italian would be a welcome addition.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex tax matters into clear, practical advice for non-technical stakeholders.
- A detail-oriented, highly organised approach with a focus on accuracy and meeting deadlines.
- Proficiency in Excel and a natural affinity for automation and process improvement.
Verantwortlichkeiten
- Overseeing tax compliance across Spain, France, and Italy — including CIT, VAT, WHT, and international reporting (CRS, FATCA) — in close collaboration with external advisors.
- Providing thoughtful, risk-conscious tax advice to internal stakeholders on restructurings, new products, financing, and transfer pricing.
- Managing relationships with external tax partners and coordinating communication with local tax authorities.
- Leading the preparation for and management of external tax audits across your markets.
- Identifying opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and strengthen our tax operations as the business scales.
