Trainee IT Strategy & Transformation (d/f/m)

- An above-average degree (master, MBA or doctorate) in Data Science, Business Administration, Economics, Information Technology, Business Informatics or comparable course of study - Maximum of 3 years of professional experience (apart from studies) - First experience in Digitalization, Agile Methods, Change Management, Organizational Development, Stakeholder and Project Management or Consulting - At least 3 months of experience abroad (study, international internship, work and travel) - Strong affinity for digital technologies and enthusiasm for future trends - Strong sense of social responsibility - Excellent English and German skills (C1) - Eager to shape the transformation at Mercedes-Benz and take responsibility - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with exceptional analytical abilities - Strong teamwork skills who motivates others to achieve their goals
