Anforderungen
Muss:
- Educational Background: I hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field, along with solid knowledge in Financial Accounting and Indirect Procurement.
- Professional SAP Expertise: I possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in a P2P and O2C process stream and related SAP finance modules, particularly SAP AP, SAP AR, VIM, and SAP SD. Familiarity with SAP Fiori and SAP Business Technology Platform is advantageous.
- Analytical Skills: I have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Communication Skills: I demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact at various levels of the organization and with external partners.
- Certifications: Finance-related SAP Certifications are advantageous.
- Industry Knowledge: I have experience in the retail industry, which helps me tailor SAP solutions effectively.
- Languages: I have an excellent command of English (written and spoken).
- Travel: I am able to travel as required.
Verantwortlichkeiten
- Translating Business Needs into Technical Solutions: I collaborate closely with finance stakeholders, process leads, and IT teams to understand requirements and translate them into effective and feasible technical designs.
- Technical Leadership and Guidance: I provide expert technical leadership in service management and project rollouts, guiding teams from solution proposal to implementation while analyzing complex changes and troubleshooting complex issues.
- Ensuring Solution Integrity and Compliance: I oversee the integrity of the designed solutions, ensuring they align with METRO's global template, enterprise architecture standards, SAP best practices, and relevant industry or regulatory compliance.
- Stakeholder Management and Communication: I effectively communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, including C-level executives, business users, and technical teams.
- Monitor SI Delivery Performance: I control the technical delivery of the AMS partner by reviewing and approving transports, documentation, and other elements that ensure adherence to METRO expectations and standards.
