Anforderungen
Muss:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP Ariba implementation and management, with a strong understanding of procurement processes and the ability to configure, deploy and manage the Ariba platform.
- Deep expertise in Ariba solutions, e.g., Ariba Network, Supplier Business Network, and a minimum of 3 years of experience in leading SAP Ariba projects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage projects, and collaborate with diverse stakeholders to achieve project objectives. Experience with multinational teams is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A consultancy background, Ariba Certification, and hands-on experience in large-scale ERP transformation projects at global corporations are a plus.
Verantwortlichkeiten
- Lead the design, development, configuration, testing, and ongoing maintenance of the SAP Ariba solution to enhance procurement efficiency.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverables specific to SAP Ariba initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment across SAP modules.
- Utilize expertise in SAP PM to integrate maintenance planning and scheduling with procurement processes, thereby enhancing operational efficiency.
- Provide training and ongoing support to users, ensuring proficiency in SAP Ariba tools and features.
- Develop user manuals and conduct workshops as needed.
- Analyze current procurement processes to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices using SAP Ariba to streamline operations and reduce costs.
