Business Analyst – Mortgage (m/f/d)

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, challenge and document underlying business needs, translating these into scope, objectives and business goals for the Mortgage product - Produce detailed scope, process and business requirements. Translate business requirements into features and functional requirements to allow Mortgage delivery team to develop technical solutions - Support the continuous development and improvement of the Mortgage product, processes, and related technology solutions - Understand, validate and articulate the effects of proposed solutions. Engage with a diverse group of stakeholders including 3rd party suppliers to ensure the solution design meets business goals and the intended requirements - Develop cross business and service user acceptance plans and communications to support implementation of solutions within the Mortgage programme - Understand the banks change process, principles and approach. Apply this understanding and ensure solutions comply with the bank policy & regulatory requirements - Engage a variety of stakeholders across business areas, owning and gathering specification input, delivering quality work and maintaining relationships.
