Anforderungen
Muss:
- Successfully completed technical or business studies (minor in computer science) or technical/commercial training with a focus on IT
- Initial professional experience as a data expert (gn)
- In-depth knowledge of SQL and Python
- Database knowledge, ideally in Db2 (IBM)
- Analytical, solution-oriented thinking and strong numerical skills
- Customer and team orientation as well as strong communication skills
- Experience in customer segmentation and using relevant analysis tools
- Ideally, technical expertise in OSPlus contexts, e.g.: Integrated contact management, Sales homepage, Customer contact and event management, Campaign and approval processes
- Experience in supporting the development of central market development reporting (key figures for activity controlling, IDH reporting)
- Confident use of Access, Excel, and PowerPoint
Verantwortlichkeiten
- Translating business questions into precise data queries
- Evaluating and preparing data analyses for various departments
- Interpreting the analysis results and deriving recommendations for action for internal customers
- Collaborating on cross-departmental projects to optimize processes and systems
- Setting up, providing technical support for, and administering databases (including performance monitoring and data quality assurance)
