Anforderungen
Muss:
- Degree in Energy and Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- Several years of professional experience in a similar position
- A motivational leadership style with the ability to inspire and develop a team
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office/MS Project); SAP knowledge is a plus
- Business-fluent English; knowledge of an additional foreign language is desirable
- Goal-oriented and structured approach to work, efficient time management, and flexibility to adapt to project requirements
- Strong customer focus and willingness to travel internationally
Verantwortlichkeiten
- Leadership of the department Utility Engineering
- Intensive customer consulting and design of utility systems for turnkey projects in the beverage industry, worldwide
- Development and planning of holistic, sustainable energy concepts for turnkey projects in the beverage industry
- Quotation preparation and project execution for utility systems in the beverage industry
- Supplier relationship management for all utility systems as well as energy and environmental topics
- Customer relationship management and new customer acquisition in cooperation with the KHS Sales Team
- Support in the implementation of sales strategies
- Development of team expertise in consulting and engineering for utility system plants
- Creation and maintenance of calculation tools and capacity models for utility systems
