Data & AI Generalist (m/f/d) - Insurance

- Prepare, clean, and integrate data from cedents and internal sources; perform exploratory data analysis to assess quality, detect anomalies, and make data fit for downstream use - Design and implement ETL/ELT pipelines for recurring and ad-hoc data deliveries, automating ingestion, transformation, and loading into our data / knowledge systems - Support data engineering tasks including pipeline maintenance, SQL-based processing, and integration with our Databricks and Azure data platform - Contribute to applied GenAI use cases - including prompt engineering, RAG-based applications, and lightweight agentic workflows that generate tangible value for our business units - Build and maintain Power BI reports and semantic data models to support self-service analytics across underwriting, pricing, claims, and medical functions - Collaborate closely with data engineers, AI/ML engineers, and knowledge graph specialists to integrate your work into broader RIKS systems and workflows - Document data flows, transformations, and models; contribute to data quality standards and governance practices
