Muss:
You should have a degree in IT or a comparable qualification. We expect you to have 3–5 years of experience with several of the following technologies: Python, Flask, SQLAlchemy, SQL / PostgreSQL, ElasticSearch, AWS, Heroku, Vercel, OpenAI, JavaScript, and Next.js (React). Testing and DevOps should not be foreign concepts to you. It would be nice if you have knowledge of SEO and AI. We require fluent English; knowledge of German is a bonus. You should have a startup mindset: You build it, you run it! – take responsibility, drive things forward, and enjoy shaping your work.
Verantwortlichkeiten
You will actively shape the further development of our platform — from new features to entire architectures. You will work on frontend, backend, and DevOps, feeling at home in all areas to deliver quickly and cleanly. Your role will involve delivering quickly implementable, efficient solutions across the entire stack, with a focus on quality, stability, and scalability. You will bring your know-how into the team through code reviews, tech discussions, giving feedback to the Head of Software, and contributing to strategy.
