Muss:
- Degree in IT or a comparable qualification
- 3–5 years of experience with several of the following technologies: Python, Flask, SQLAlchemy SQL / PostgreSQL, ElasticSearch, AWS, Heroku, Vercel, OpenAI
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Next.js (React)
- Knowledge of Testing & DevOps
- Knowledge of SEO and AI is a plus
- Fluent in English; German is a bonus

- Actively shape the further development of our platform — from new features to entire architectures
- Deliver quickly implementable, efficient solutions across the entire stack with a focus on quality, stability, and scalability
- Conduct code reviews and participate in tech discussions
- Provide feedback for the Head of Software and input for strategy
- Take responsibility and drive projects forward
- Enjoy shaping various topics within the team
