Muss:
- Degree in IT or a comparable qualification
- 3–5 years of experience with several of the following technologies: Python, Flask, SQLAlchemy SQL / PostgreSQL, ElasticSearch
- Experience with AWS, Heroku, Vercel, OpenAI
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Next.js (React)
- Familiarity with Testing & DevOps
- Nice to have: SEO and AI knowledge
- Fluent English; German is a bonus
- Startup mindset: responsible, proactive, and eager to shape projects

- Actively shape the further development of our platform — from new features to entire architectures
- Work across frontend, backend, and DevOps
- Deliver quickly implementable, efficient solutions with a focus on quality, stability, and scalability
- Conduct code reviews, participate in tech discussions, and provide feedback for the Head of Software
- Contribute input for strategy and overall team development
