Anforderungen
Muss:
- Degree in IT or a comparable qualification.
- 3–5 years of experience with several of the following technologies: Python, Flask, SQLAlchemy SQL / PostgreSQL, ElasticSearch, AWS, Heroku, Vercel, OpenAI, JavaScript, Next.js (React).
- Familiarity with Testing & DevOps.
- Nice to have: SEO and AI knowledge.
- Fluent in English; German is a bonus.
- Possess a startup mindset: “You build it, you run it!” — take responsibility, drive things forward, and enjoy shaping.
Verantwortlichkeiten
- Actively shape the further development of our platform — from new features to entire architectures.
- Work effectively across frontend, backend, and DevOps, delivering quickly and cleanly.
- Develop robust, scalable, and elegant solutions across the full stack.
- Contribute to the team through code reviews, tech discussions, feedback for the Head of Software, and input for strategy.
