Anforderungen
Muss:
- 7+ years owning platform or tech-enabled operations end-to-end
- Experience running operations powered by software systems (not manual/service-only ops)
- Proven track record of fixing broken workflows and stabilizing operations
- Experience with integrations, APIs, workflows, and multi-system environments
- Strong execution mindset — you solve problems, not escalate them
- Comfortable working directly with engineering, product, and ops teams
- Experience in messy, high-complexity environments (marketplaces, SaaS ops, healthtech, fintech, etc.)
- Bonus: Healthtech / pharmacy / regulated environment experience
Verantwortlichkeiten
- Own end-to-end platform operations performance (real outcomes, not just processes)
- Execute across onboarding, billing, reporting, and partner workflows
- Ensure workflows are fully implemented, tested, and actually working
- Resolve issues across product, engineering, and support
- Manage non-standard workflows across multiple partners
- Identify breakdowns and drive them to full resolution
- Bring structure, accountability, and visibility into messy systems
- Drive automation and reduce manual work (AI-first mindset)

Were hiring a Platform Operations Lead to take full ownership of how our platform runs day-to-day. This role is uniquely positioned within our team, focusing not on coordination or strategy, but on actual operations. You will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of our platform as we transition from ImpetusRx to ImpetusOne.
