Anforderungen
Muss:
- University degree in business informatics, industrial engineering, or computer science
- Professional experience in digital transformation consulting, administrative digitization, and/or project and process management is ideal
- Knowledge of developing and implementing digitization strategies
- Understanding of process and strategic IT systems and architecture in an organizational context
- Familiarity with legal basis and developments in EGovG/OZG
- Strong communication and social skills with the ability to interact confidently with various stakeholders
- Results-oriented approach to work with high service orientation
- Very good written and spoken German skills (C2 level)
Verantwortlichkeiten
- Analyze current organizational processes and systems to identify optimization potential
- Design innovative target processes and derive requirements
- Consolidate results into specifications
- Independently implement digitization projects using no-code/low-code applications, such as JavaScript
- Develop and adapt technical interfaces, e.g., SOAP or REST
- Manage cross-departmental digitization projects
- Prepare and implement digitization in accordance with the Online Access Act (OZG) and E-Government Act NRW (EGovG) in collaboration with the OZG coordinator, internal departments, and external partners

We are Hamm-Lippstadt University of Applied Sciences, a state-run institution founded in 2009, located in Lippstadt, North Rhine-Westphalia.
