Technical Employee / System Administrator (m/f/d) - Bilk

- Training as an IT specialist or a relevant university degree (bachelors or equivalent) or a comparable qualification - Specialized knowledge and interest in current computing and storage infrastructure (GPU computing, file servers, network technology, backup/recovery systems, IaaS, cloud services) - In-depth programming skills in at least one of the languages Python, MATLAB, Java, C/C++ and willingness to familiarize yourself with current tools (e.g., deep learning frameworks, GUI programming, versioning software) - Very good written and spoken English skills for mostly English-language technical literature and for communicating with international colleagues at ZDM - Previous experience with DevOps, CI/CD workflows, virtual machines, containers, and TYPO3 is an advantage - Previous experience in data protection law, German industrial standards (DIN), and international standards (IEEE, ISO, ANSI) in the field of information technology is an advantage - High level of self-motivation, especially with regard to keeping up with current technological trends in order to remain at the cutting edge of technology - Particular sensitivity towards users with very different levels of prior knowledge and skills
