Anforderungen
Muss:
- Degree in computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification, ideally in the field of artificial intelligence.
- Very good knowledge of agile development methods (e.g. SCRUM, Less, DevOps, agile requirements management).
- You are curious, open to new topics and ready to create something new as well as openness to new innovative technologies and the ability to evaluate them hands-on.
- Practical experience in the context of GenAI, in particular Retrieval Argumented Generation and Large Language Models. There is also good public cloud knowledge (AWS/Azure).
- Experience in management, external IT service providers and cross-divisional coordination with internal customers/departments.
- Advanced knowledge of German and very good knowledge of English.
Verantwortlichkeiten
- You will be responsible for the process and design of complex software solutions using agile development methods.
- Additionally you will optimize the business process through consistent enhancement (e.g. quality management, release process).
- In interaction with the IT community you will be perceived as a competent and reliable partner.
- In doing so, you will support the BizDevOps chain on a professional level.
- As part of the AI-platform, depending on your experience and skills, you support a Gen-AI-driven customer journey in designing the processes and technical solutions.
- If necessary, you will manage external partners or contribute your own solutions.
