Anforderungen
Muss:
- Training and experience: You have completed training or a degree in IT and have at least 3 years of professional experience in a comparable role.
- Professional competence: You have sound knowledge in the areas of Microsoft 365, firewall configuration (ideally Fortigate), network topologies and virtualization (VMware or Hyper-V). Initial experience in IT security is also desirable.
- Soft skills: You work independently, in a structured and solution-oriented manner and find pragmatic, sustainable solutions. Your strong communication skills, ability to work in a team, and customer focus make you a valued contact person.
- Language skills: You have a good command of written and spoken German and English for communication by email or telephone with international colleagues and external service providers (at least B2 level).
Verantwortlichkeiten
- IT support & troubleshooting: You will provide second-level support for faults and questions regarding our server, cloud, and network infrastructure—in a competent, solution- and service-oriented manner.
- System administration: You look after our Windows server landscape including Active Directory, Exchange Online, and Microsoft 365 while taking care of regular updates, patches, and documentation.
- Network management: You configure firewalls (ideally Fortigate), manage VPN/IPSec connections, and ensure smooth network operation.
- Cloud solutions: You work with modern cloud services, optimize existing structures, and support the secure, efficient use of Microsoft 365.
- IT security: You implement security guidelines, support the further development of the IT security strategy, and keep our systems up to date.
- Documentation & Communication: You document your work in a structured manner in the ticket system, actively communicate with colleagues and external service providers, and convey IT topics clearly.
- Project work & further development: You contribute your knowledge to ongoing and new IT projects, think along with others, and drive innovation within the system landscape.
