Anforderungen
Muss:
- 1-3 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk
- Strong knowledge of Windows/MacOS, Microsoft 365, and troubleshooting tools
- Experience with network configurations and IT security protocols
- Ability to set up, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software in an enterprise environment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Excellent communication skills in English (written & spoken), German B2
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently
Verantwortlichkeiten
- Provide level 1 and 2 technical assistance to end-users via phone, email, and chat using our in-house ticketing system
- Support Microsoft Entra, MFA and Intune on a daily basis
- Diagnose and resolve application, hardware, software, and network issues quickly and efficiently
- Provide support for on-prem AD, Azure and Office 365
- Maintain accurate records of technical support incidents and resolutions
- Escalate complex issues to senior IT teams when necessary
- Assist with system updates, patches, and security configurations
- Support businesses in maintaining compliance with IT security standards
- Train end-users on IT best practices, security protocols, and software applications
- Create and maintain knowledge base articles to improve self-service IT support
