Anforderungen
Muss:
- Completed studies in the field of computer science, business informatics or comparable training with many years of practical experience & demonstrable knowledge
- Professional experience in project management is welcomed, but not a prerequisite
- Familiarity with management methods such as PRINCE2, IPMA, PMI, etc.
- Strong communication skills and a hands-on mentality
- Alignment with the goals and values of the Catholic Church
Verantwortlichkeiten
- Independent management of IT projects
- Creation of product & project plans with regular updates and communication of project progress
- Creation and maintenance of project documentation, records and reports
- Carrying out requirements analyses in close coordination with specialist departments and diocesan institutions
- Development of technical solution concepts based on the requirements
- Coordination and coaching of all members of the project teams
- Compliance with all specifications (cost, time, quality, scope, benefit, risk) within the specified tolerances
- Technical review of project plans & procurement applications
Beschreibung
We are the Archdiocese of Freiburg, looking for an IT Project Manager for the Archbishops Ordinariate in Freiburg. This is a permanent position with a full-time schedule (39.5 hours per week). We offer competitive compensation based on pay group 12 according to AVO if the relevant requirements are met. Our workplace is centrally located in Freiburg and we provide flexible working hours to help reconcile work and family life.
