Anforderungen
Muss:
- Completed studies in the field of computer science, business informatics or comparable training with many years of practical experience & demonstrable knowledge
- Professional experience in project management is welcomed, but not a prerequisite
- Familiarity with management methods such as PRINCE2, IPMA, PMI, etc.
- Enjoy communicating and possess a hands-on mentality
- Identify with the goals and values of the Catholic Church
Verantwortlichkeiten
- Independent management of IT projects
- Creation of product & project plans with regular updates and communication of project progress
- Creation and maintenance of project documentation, records and reports
- Carrying out requirements analyses in close coordination with specialist departments and diocesan institutions
- Development of technical solution concepts based on the requirements
- Coordination and coaching of all members of the project teams
- Compliance with all specifications (cost, time, quality, scope, benefit, risk) within the specified tolerances
- Technical review of project plans & procurement applications
Beschreibung
We, the Archdiocese of Freiburg, are looking for an IT Project Manager for the Archbishops Ordinariate. This is a permanent position with a full-time commitment of 39.5 hours per week.
