Anforderungen

Muss:
- Proven senior experience: Strong track record as a Business Analyst, (Operations) Consultant, or in a similar role, ideally in a retail or multi-market environment. You can connect data, identify trends, and create strategic recommendations. - CVM experience: Deep expertise in CVM, loyalty, or retention strategies, with a focus on commercial impact. - Strong communication skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex topics to diverse stakeholder groups at all levels. - Collaborative energy: Strong interpersonal and influencing skills to effectively align and collaborate with stakeholders from different cultural and organizational contexts. - Hands-on and pragmatic mindset: You're a proactive problem-solver who is willing to dive in, get things done, and stay open to new trends. - Fluent English: Excellent written and spoken English is essential.
