Business Implementation Analyst (f/m/d)

I will manage and take ownership of processes that create critical data for our business, working closely with colleagues in IT. I will define and implement data validation rules, monitoring metrics, and quality checks for the processes under my responsibility. I will maintain and expand the curated data layer in close collaboration with IT to ensure consistent and accurate representation of core data entities (e.g., trades, prices, positions). I will collaborate with product teams and business stakeholders across teams and regions to define and evolve data models. Additionally, I will work closely with the business teams that own critical reporting (e.g., departments such as Market Risk, Credit Risk, Accounting, Back Office) to maintain the quality and consistency of key business data across systems and departments. I will perform root cause analysis of data issues and drive corrective actions across upstream systems. I will take Product Ownership of Data Products and contribute to data governance initiatives and documentation standards. I will coordinate change delivery with business departments and be responsible for the successful implementation of requirements while managing projects that impact the products and processes I own. Moreover, I will support end users in analyzing and understanding data.
