Anforderungen
Muss:
- Experience in a commodity trading Back Office or similar operational environment
- Hands-on experience with Power Automate, Power Platform, or similar automation tools
- Solid skills in Power BI dashboard development
- Good working knowledge of SQL and/or Python as well as experience in JSON
- Curiosity for how financial and physical commodity chains connect — and the willingness to learn fast
- A proactive, pragmatic, and solution-oriented mindset
- Flexibility to support evening trading operations (rotation-based)
Verantwortlichkeiten
- Automate Back Office workflows using Power Automate, low-code solutions, APIs, and scripting
- Build dashboards and analytics in Power BI to bring clarity to operational and P&L-relevant data
- Design and maintain data transformations using SQL, Python, and JSON
- Support our traders in day-to-day operations — including evening coverage on rotation
- Work closely with Front Office, the CFRO departments and IT to ensure financial and physical commodity flows align
- Identify inefficiencies and proactively transform them into robust, transparent, digital processes
- Troubleshoot operational issues end-to-end with a get-things-done mindset
