Anforderungen
Muss:
- A degree in Aerospace Engineering or similar
- Experience with Machine Learning used for planning/guidance/control of dynamical systems
- Systems-oriented thinking
- Strong coding skills in Python (Numpy, Torch, Tensorflow), Linux (vim, bash). (C/C++/Fortran would be a benefit)
- Can-do attitude
- Excitement & curiosity & openness to new technologies and their applications
- Experience with development in low and mid-TRLs
- High degree of motivation and willingness to work in an international team
- Language skills: English
Verantwortlichkeiten
- Define Flight Management Systems architecture and interfaces
- Develop and adapt novel AI and Machine Learning algorithms for flight planning, flight guidance and control tasks
- Support technology maturation up to flight demonstrations
- Document work for internal communication and external presentation at conferences
- Actively search for use cases and new applications of the developed technology within the team and company
