Anforderungen
Muss:
- University degree (bachelors/diploma/FH) in IT or similar qualification, or vocational training in IT with relevant professional experience
- Additional professional experience in the described area of responsibility
- Strong understanding of data center processes and technical relationships
- Proficiency in professional software development and high quality standards
- Familiarity with ITIL working methods is ideal
- Ability to work independently, structured, and solution-oriented
- German language skills at language level B2
- Team player with a proactive approach to project work
- Willingness to participate in on-call duties and occasional business trips
Verantwortlichkeiten
- Create technical designs for the automation of services in the data center
- Develop and configure data center services in the Aria Suite and ensure quality
- Further develop the virtualization platform, including technical design, automation with Ansible, and testing
- Create and maintain roles in the OS context using Ansible
- Document results and communicate with operations teams
- Perform error analyses and troubleshooting as part of 2nd & 3rd level support
- Implement IT security measures according to BSI specifications and monitor compliance
- Occasionally travel between Berlin and Würzburg for business purposes
