Anforderungen
Muss:
- University degree (bachelors/diploma/FH) in IT, or a similar qualification, or vocational training qualification in IT with many years of relevant professional experience
- Additional current professional experience in the described area of responsibility
- In-depth knowledge of processes and technical relationships in a data center
- Very good knowledge and experience in professional software development with high quality standards
- Familiarity with ITIL working methods is ideal
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented work ethic
- German language skills corresponding to language level B2
- Proven ability to work collaboratively and proactively in project settings
- Willingness to participate in occasional on-call duties and business trips
Verantwortlichkeiten
- Create a technical design for the automation of services in the data center based on comprehensive requirements
- Develop and configure data center services in the Aria Suite and ensure their quality
- Further develop virtualization platform: technical design, automation with Ansible, and testing in our lab
- Create and maintain roles in the OS context using Ansible
- Document results and communicate them to operations teams
- Collaborate closely with colleagues from neighboring teams and in cross-functional IT projects
- Perform error analyses and troubleshoot as part of 2nd & 3rd level support
- Implement IT security measures in compliance with BSI specifications and monitor adherence
