- In-depth knowledge of Entra ID (Azure AD), Conditional Access, Intune, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Teams
- Experience with PowerShell scripting, Microsoft Graph, Power Automate, and Power Apps
- Practical experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot and its governance concepts
- Familiarity with security and compliance requirements, particularly ISO 27001, Purview DLP, and audits

- Ensure the reliable operation and continuous development of our Microsoft 365 platform, including Intune, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Copilot
- Manage the technical operation of Microsoft 365 Copilot and develop governance and authorization concepts
- Automate recurring tasks and processes using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph
- Ensure compliance with information security and compliance requirements, including ISO 27001
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to develop new AI use cases and support their introduction
- Conduct training sessions and workshops in the Microsoft 365 environment to prepare colleagues for modern working methods
