Anforderungen
Muss:
- Degree in (business) information technology or a comparable qualification
- Certifications such as ITIL v4 or Microsoft/IAM certificates (ideally)
- Relevant professional experience in IT service management, including incident, change, and release management
- In-depth IAM expertise, particularly in identity lifecycle, role and authorization concepts, and recertification
- Experience in managing service providers and SLAs and KPIs
- Ability to transfer projects into stable operation in a structured manner
- Good technical knowledge of IAM tools such as Azure AD/Entra ID and directory services
- Proficiency in ITSM tools (e.g., Matrix42) and Atlassian tools (Jira/Confluence)
- Basic knowledge of interfaces and scripting
- Strong analytical and structured working skills
- Independent and confident communication in German and English
Verantwortlichkeiten
- Manage and monitor service relationships with external partners and service providers
- Assist in the description, tendering, and procurement of new IT services
- Select suitable service providers
- Further develop existing services, SLAs, and KPIs
- Optimize services in terms of quality, compliance, and costs
- Evaluate new technologies or solutions and make recommendations for future business requirements
- Monitor applications and services to ensure stability
- Analyze malfunctions and ensure permanent rectification in second-level support
- Plan, coordinate, and support IT projects from implementation to rollout
- Ensure smooth transition of projects into operation
- Further develop IAM processes such as identity lifecycle, role and authorization concepts, and recertifications
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
