Anforderungen
Muss:
- Several years of experience as an IT Business Partner, IT Consultant, Product Owner, or in a similar role, ideally in a regulated environment (e.g., healthcare)
- Excellent academic degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration with IT focus, or a related field
- Deep understanding of business and IT architectures, applications, infrastructure, integration, and security
- Confident use of modern project and product management methods and tools (e.g. Agile/Scrum/Waterfall, Jira, Confluence, MS 365)
- Fluent German and business-proficient English to communicate credibly with stakeholders in an international environment
- Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills
- Highly analytical and conceptual mindset
- Clear value and outcome orientation
- Ability to build trust, challenge constructively, and influence in a matrix organisation
Verantwortlichkeiten
- Translate CGMs business strategy for your assigned units into a clear, value-driven IT demand and project roadmap
- Serve as the primary contact for business leaders on all IT topics
- Capture requirements, pain points, and opportunities in a structured way
- Steer demand and portfolio management for your business areas
- Ensure initiatives are properly scoped, prioritized, funded, and staffed
- (Co-)sponsor key IT projects and monitor progress against scope, budget, and timeline
- Drive UAT, change management, and go-live readiness on the business side
- Analyze processes, services, and KPIs to derive concrete improvement measures
- Keep compliance, information security, and sustainable digitalization in focus
