Software Project Manager (m/f/d)

- Bachelors degree in related field with proven industry experience (7-15 years) - Technical Masters degree (thesis track or equivalent) in related field with some industry experience (2-12 years) - Scientifically relevant Ph.D. from a technically rigorous program and institution with limited industry experience (0-7 years) - Solid communication and organizational skills - Excellent interpersonal skills - Established track record of successful execution based on personal contributions and leadership (preferred) - Experience in embedded systems software development for safety-critical systems (preferred) - Experience using the Agile Scrum framework, having served roles such as Product Owner or Scrum Master (preferred) - Experience with ASPICE software development processes (preferred) - Experience with product development per ISO 26262 functional safety goals (preferred) - Experience negotiating timing and software content with external customers (preferred) - Experience collaborating with global team members (preferred) - Experience with Jira project tracking software (preferred) - Experience with formal software requirements development using IBM DOORS or Jama (preferred) - Experience with software architectural design (preferred) - Experience with embedded software developed in C (preferred) - Experience with automatic code generation using MathWorks Simulink and dSPACE TargetLink (preferred) - Experience with automotive communication interfaces such as CAN and LIN (preferred)
