Service Engineer - Test Systems (m/w/d)

- Install, commission, and start up photonics and semiconductor test systems at customer sites - Provide hands-on electrical and mechanical support during installation, troubleshooting, and repairs - Diagnose and resolve technical issues on-site to minimize downtime - Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and mechanical drawings - Perform preventive maintenance and corrective service work - Support customers in operating the equipment, including basic training and guidance - Act as the primary technical contact during on-site service assignments - Perform in-house technical activities such as system checks, preparation, basic assembly, and verification - Prepare, maintain, and update service reports, technical documentation, and internal records - Ensure a structured, well organized documentation of all service activities - Coordinate with R&D and engineering teams in Germany and Taiwan on complex technical topics - Provide clear feedback from the field to support continuous product and process improvement - Collaborate closely with sales, service, and product teams to enhance customer experience
