Muss:
We’re looking for someone who meets the following qualifications:
- You're based in Europe and open to calling Berlin your new home.
- You have a minimum of 5 years in a product management role.
- You possess a strong background in the blockchain industry, around 3 years.
- You have hands-on experience driving projects from discovery to launch, including user testing and user research.
- You have a strategic mindset, balancing both user experience and business needs.
- You have a passion for execution and making things happen.
- You’re eager to broaden your horizons into the realm of Decentralized Finance (DeFi) and explore new territory with us.
Verantwortlichkeiten
In this role, you will:
- Own the product roadmap across our swap and lending products, translating company strategy into clear, actionable priorities.
- Align technical, business, and user perspectives, ensuring trade-offs are transparent and decisions are grounded in data, user feedback, and protocol constraints.
- Collaborate with engineering and protocol teams to define product requirements, technical feasibility, and delivery timelines.
- Partner with marketing and business development teams to craft compelling narratives around product launches and ongoing feature adoption.
- Drive discovery and validation — run user interviews, analyze market trends, and define metrics for success across product lines.
- Communicate clearly and proactively across teams, ensuring alignment from idea to launch.
- Champion user experience by working closely with the design team to remove friction and simplify multi-chain interactions.
- Represent the voice of the product internally and externally, from roadmap discussions to conference panels.
