Anforderungen
Muss:
- Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and other HRIT systems
- Deep understanding of HR processes and their requirements
- Good technical understanding, especially regarding interface management and IT system integration
- Experience working closely with IT teams and external service providers
- Ability to analyze, evaluate, and translate complex requirements into technical solutions
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with diverse stakeholders
- Proven project management experience including budget responsibility
- Proactive mindset and enthusiasm for digital HR solutions
Verantwortlichkeiten
- Driving the implementation and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors and supporting the design of CHG's future global HRIT architecture
- Translating HR process requirements into smart, scalable system solutions in alignment with business goals
- Capturing and assessing new HRIT demands from stakeholders, evaluating their business value and feasibility
- Acting as a trusted partner for HR teams, managers, and users—facilitating dialogue, managing expectations, and clarifying system-related queries
- Delivering attractive, cost-efficient HRIT solutions that meet stakeholder needs and support CHG's people strategy
- Providing regular communication and feedback to business stakeholders on the status and progress of ongoing initiatives
- Collaborating closely with internal IT teams and external implementation partners to ensure successful delivery of solutions
- Managing the HRIT project and operational budget, including planning, monitoring, and adherence to financial targets
- Overseeing quality assurance and release testing for new system functionalities, ensuring a high level of user satisfaction
- Leading communication and change management initiatives to drive successful adoption and engagement across global stakeholder groups
