- Completed university degree (e.g. (business) informatics, IT management, data science or comparable) - Extensive experience in IT HR project management, preferably with SAP SuccessFactors - Expertise in supporting organizational development and transformation processes - In-depth knowledge of system integration, data management and process analysis - Operational implementation strength and the ability to drive topics forward independently - Initial management experience or strong leadership ambitions with the potential to build your own team - Strong interface skills in relation to HR requirements and technical solutions - Analytical and strategic thinking skills, combined with a structured, independent and entrepreneurial way of working - Solution-oriented and pragmatic mindset with hands-on mentality - Strong communication and persuasion skills and the ability to actively manage change and act as a diplomatic sparring partner for all stakeholders - Business fluent in German and English (written and verbal)
