Principal Full-Stack Engineer (m/f/x) - Frankfurt

- Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation - Drive architectural decisions, coding standards, and best practices across the stack - Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define and deliver technical solutions that align with business objectives - Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications on both the front-end and back-end - Architect and implement complex systems to ensure scalability, reliability, and security - Conduct and lead code reviews, ensuring quality, performance, and maintainability across the platform - Develop and maintain automated tests, including unit, integration, and end-to-end tests - Collaborate with internal teams to identify feature requirements, enhance workflows, and deliver high-quality solutions - Take end-to-end ownership of features and projects, from concept to deployment and beyond, while maintaining high technical standards - Work seamlessly with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between technical development and business goals
