- 4+ years of experience in a technology consulting environment.
- Ability to apply software development practices and standards to develop robust and maintainable software.
- Actively involved in every part of the software development life cycle.
- Experienced at guiding non-technical teams and consultants in best practices for robust software development.
- Ability to optimize and enhance computational efficiency of algorithms and software design.
- Motivated by a fast-paced, service-oriented environment and interacting directly with clients on new features for future product releases.
- Enjoy collaborating in teams to share software design and solution ideas.
- A natural problem-solver and intellectually curious across a breadth of industries and topics.
- Master's degree or PhD in a relevant field of study.
Verantwortlichkeiten
As a (Senior) AI Software Engineer, you will be part of our rapidly growing engineering team, helping to build the next generation of AI solutions. You will partner with clients across various regions and industries, addressing key topics such as climate change by designing, building, and deploying new and innovative solutions. Additionally, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and delivering thought leadership in scientific communities and papers.
- Leading conferences on behalf of BCG X.
- Designing and building data & AI platforms for our clients, which provide data and (Gen) AI capabilities to various consumers and use cases across the client organization.
- Participating in large (AI) transformational journeys that BCG conducts for its clients.
- Working within various engineering disciplines, including Cloud Engineering, Data Engineering, DevOps, and MLOps/LLMOps.
- Utilizing technologies such as Azure, AWS, GCP, Airflow, dbt, Databricks, Snowflake, GitHub, Azure DevOps, Terraform, MLflow, and AzureML.
