Anforderungen
Muss:
- Excellent bachelors degree in electrical engineering, Microsystems technology, Physics, Materials Science, Computer Science or related fields
- Strong experience in Python for data analysis, including libraries such as NumPy, PySpark, scikit-learn, pandas or similar
- Exposure to statistics, data science, and data engineering practices including data preprocessing, feature extraction and ETL workflows
- Familiarity with version control tools (Git, GitHub and/or Bitbucket)
- First knowledge of MEMS sensors, BI tools or C programming is a plus
- Very good English language skills; German is a plus
- Commitment and enjoyment of working in a dynamic environment; good technical comprehension, team skills, and sociability; strong interest in the latest consumer electronics devices and sensors
- Structured, analytical, and target-oriented working style; cross-cultural competence; convincing communication and presentation skills
Verantwortlichkeiten
- Support our development engineers in supervising inertial sensors during ramp-up and series production
- Contribute to continuous improvement through data evaluation, advanced analytics, statistics, and failure analysis using Python-based toolchains
- Take ownership of work packages and drive them independently
- Collaborate closely with permanent employees across different departments of Bosch Sensortec GmbH and Robert Bosch GmbH including assembly and connection technology, ASIC design, sensor element design, and technology development
- Bring your ideas, curiosity, and hands-on mindset to learn, experiment, and grow in an innovative engineering environment
