Anforderungen
Muss:
- Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a comparable technical field
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in product development within an industrial environment
- Broad technical and interdisciplinary understanding (structures, composites, space systems, manufacturing processes)
- Experience or strong intuition in turning market needs into concrete technical requirements
- Ownership mentality to take responsibility end-to-end
- Practical, curious, and comfortable with ambiguity, enjoying shaping structure
- Strong communication skills to align diverse stakeholders and explain complex topics clearly
- English at least C1 level; German skills or willingness to learn are highly appreciated
Verantwortlichkeiten
- Take market needs and opportunities and turn them into clear system concepts and requirements
- Be accountable for the technical definition of the product throughout its entire life span
- Serve as the technical north star for the team by reviewing designs and making thoughtful engineering decisions
- Lead documentation, qualification, and technical release activities to ensure product reliability and compliance
- Drive technical changes thoughtfully, balancing speed, risk, and reliability
- Work closely with product management and project management roles, collaborating with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Sales, and customers
