Anforderungen
Muss:
- Master of Science or Arts (Project and Process Management, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration) and relevant professional experience as an IT Project Manager in SAP S/4HANA projects
- Alternatively: Bachelor in the mentioned fields and relevant professional experience as an IT Project Manager in SAP implementation projects, along with supplementary knowledge equivalent to a Masters level
- Experience as an IT Project Manager, preferably in SAP projects in one of the specified subprojects
- Good knowledge in IT project management
- Strong communication skills and a reliable, structured, and independent working style with a hands-on mentality
- Good knowledge in conflict and change management
- Good understanding of the requirements and implementation methodologies of SAP S/4HANA
- Skills in process analysis and modeling as well as agile project methods
Verantwortlichkeiten
- Lead the subproject migration in the S/4HANA project
- Manage company-wide IT projects primarily in the SAP environment
- Ensure the fulfillment of agreed IT project goals (costs, deadlines, quality)
- Have professional decision-making and directive authority over the project team
- Manage external consulting and project services
- Direct communication and involvement of relevant departments, committees, and employee representatives
- Prepare, facilitate, and follow up on relevant project decisions
