Business Process Manager (d/f/m) – Master Data Governance

- Act as a Process Owner Delegate (POD) for Satairs Master Data & SAP Authorisation Management processes - Responsible for modelling, documenting, analysing, communicating & training on the Master Data Management process in Satairs Company Management System (CMS) - Responsible for process alignment, between Satairs CMS & Airbus Business Management System (BMS) and respective documentation of interfaces and delegations - Supporting and managing process transformation projects (e.g. MMIP, ERP MDM & MDG) - Collaborating in process discovery and design workshops - Establishing & controlling Process Performance Indicators (e.g. adherence, efficiency) - Monitoring process performance & find opportunities to improve the process - Identifying & incorporating requirements applicable to processes in scope and ensure compliance - Validation of IT change requests affecting Master Data Management scope (creation, maintenance and use of Master Data) - Creation and follow up of IT Change Requests - Translating business requirements into technical specifications & validate developments via User Acceptance Tests (UAT) - Working closely with Process Owner, other Delegates & orchestrate Specialists community sharing updates, issues & best practice
